Cancellation Policy 


We understand things come up. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the cleaning service has been completed.

  • Reschedules: We offer one free reschedule per booking. Additional changes may incur a small fee to secure your new time slot.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Yes — but it must be addressed on the spot. Once cleaning is completed, we ask that the client inspect the space before we leave. If there's something we missed, we’ll take care of it immediately. After we leave the premises, we do not return for missed spots, as we operate on a tight schedule and prioritize fairness to all clients.
